Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of external reports including 10Ks and 10Qs and quarterly press releases
Research technical accounting issues as it relates to acquisitions and business combinations.
Work with various teams as a subject matter expert regarding audit and controls
Share your knowledge of current Reporting requirements and Financial Statement disclosures
Assist the operational as well as corporate accounting teams with quarterly close
Take over and manage the ongoing reconciliation and analysis of the Corporate Balance Sheet accounts
Gain exposure to and assist the Financial Planning and Analysis teams with budgeting and forecasting operations and forward looking results of acquisitions.
Assist with high visibility projects and learn the hands on issues and solutions facing the senior management team.

Requirements:
2
years of experience in public accounting, preferably a Big 4 firm
Experience with G/L responsibilities in a corporate environment preferred
Experience with SEC filings
Experience with systems and consolidations a plus
Must be a motivated, self-starter
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others
