Our client is looking for a well versed helpdesk technician to join their team in the Charlotte market. The right person would need to have good experience with active directory, break fix, peripherals, customer service, office 365, as well and being able to work with people that might or might not be tech savy. This full time position is paying about $45K and interviews are already being conducted. This person would be constantly moving throughout the office resolving IT related issues and answering to the IT director. Someone that would like to stay with a company and be groomed for a networking role in the future is the direction this company is wanting to go.
