Summary: Document and identify gaps in IT and business processes through process mapping to illustrate current and future state.
Education/
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in business, finance or related discipline.
Experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
o 1 to 2 years' experience in Information Technology.
Skills and Competencies:
o Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
o Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping.
o Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents
o Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use
oAbility to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation
oWork with team members to understand the needs of the project
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Major Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Under close supervision, interacts with business partners and/or it staff to gather and document information related to requirements and/or software testing.
oGathers information from multiple sources and independently sorts low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.
oAnalyzes business processes and associates them to software deliverables.
o Develops and/or executes test scripts against requirements.
o Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the global development process.
o Develops and/or maintains a business model that reflects current processes and business rules.
NOTE: This job is 20 hours per week, M-F. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
