Specializes in providing outstanding service to customers while running a register and working on the sales floor; ensures that items meet the required stock levels and presentation standards; and that cleanliness and safety standards are met or exceed. Greets customers in a friendly manner and suggestively sells products to help increase sales. Makes effort to ensure that customers leave with a good impression of the Company and are likely to return.
Runs a Point of Sale (POS) and monitors customer lines in order to expedite the sale process; interrupts all other activity when
customer service
is needed. Maintains knowledge of products and sergvices offered by the Company and knows how to complete associated transactions.
Adheres to Local, State, and Federal regulations and prohibts the sale of age restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
Helps to ensure proper stock levels, dating, and rotation of all food products and supplies.Completes other duties as assigned by Management.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skill Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of store functions and operations. Ability to work as a member of a team. Ability to model proper workplace behavior, including being respectful, honest, and fair. Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
