Essential Functions
Achieving sales targets will be ok, but blowing them out of the water will be better.
Must be prompt and present them selfs in a professional manor at all time.
Must be self-motivated.
Must be open to personal and professional coaching and development from experienced industry leaders.
Must have reliable transportation. ( You would be going on set appointments )
Experience and Skills
Minimum 1 year of sales or other applicable customer focused experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-- Ability to set appointments.
-- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work without supervision.
-- High school diploma required, college a plus but not required.
Compensation
Compensation. 150 k- $ 200 K
We run monthly sales incentives.
Pay structure is 100% commission. Sliding pay scale means the more you sell, the more you make.
