Seeking Process Sustaining Engineer in the photo and/or etch area with the following
Responsibilities:
Supports production and maintenance groups in a high volume manufacturing environment, using SPC and DOE methods to control processes and equipment.
Provide all manufacturing engineering support required for new technology transfers.
Lead process improvement efforts for area assigned.
Initiate, evaluate, and implement cost reduction opportunities for the area.
Become active on the Area SPC Team, driving process capability of the fleet to achieve site goals.
Required Skills:
2-5
years experience in Semiconductor Fabrication required.
Photo and/or Etch process experience desired.
Process engineering support of a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of process development, statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiments (DOE) fundamentals are required.
CMOS IC processing and basic CMOS transistor operation knowledge desired.
Strong problem solving, technical, and communication skills a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
