LEAN MANUFACTURING FACILITATOR -
Key Accountabilities
Establishes or adjusts work assignments to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment, accomplishes work results, establishes priorities, monitors progress, revises schedules, resolves problems and reports results.
Develops and executes an integrated organizational business plan, policies and procedures.
Guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Initiates and implement Lean tools (5S, visual management, kanban, single piece flow, kaizen and TPM) to improve production processes and equipment performance, and suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department.
Monitors and evaluates performance of team leaders and associates through constructive feedback, maintains open door communication and promotes an issue free environment. Coaches, counsels and disciplines employees.
Supervises and trains production associates for growth and development.
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems and facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
Analyzes and resolves quality problems, excessive scrap and/or assists employees in solving quality problems and implements corrective actions.
Ensures a safe work environment.
Facilitates team excellence by reviewing and relaying important information, making necessary inquiries to expedite projects in areas (such as manpower, project status, process changes/problems, customer release complaints, etc.), manages and assists team/department to achieve goals (productivity, scrap, accident reduction, etc.).
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience driving and implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives in a production environment.
B.S. degree in mechanical or technical field.

years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment (Prefer Automotive)
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Prefer Higher Certification)
Experience with SAP or other manufacturing management software.
Proven leadership skills coaching, mentoring, and motivating team leaders and associates.
Skills to effectively use personal computers including fluency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Experience in MRP, Statistical Process Control and quality improvement programs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
