Activities include:
Conceive, initiate, and execute biomarker strategies for Oncology therapeutics in various phases of clinical development.
Identify and implement biomarker assays.
Analyze drug pharmaco-dynamic data from various platforms including immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), and next generation sequencing.
Develop patient stratification strategies using predictive and prognostic biomarkers
Lead collaborations with external organizations to develop companion diagnostics.
Provide expert guidance and clinical support for personalized medicine and the use of biomarkers in clinical protocols
