Established law firm in Downtown Nashville seeks talented and experienced receptionist for full time position on Temp to Hire basis. So if you have experience answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, entering data, managing calendars, entering data into Word and Excel, managing mailings and supplies, and creating a positive energy for a fast paced office, you may be qualified for this exciting opportunity! Successful candidates should possess an ability to work in dynamic, multi-task oriented environment.
This is a Temp to Hire position (NOT TEMP).
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm.
Benefits: 100% paid Employee Health Insurance, 401K, holiday pay, vacation pay.
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
