Description
Create and maintain business requirements and problem specifications for IT Audits.
Coordinate regular user group meetings to identify opportunities for improvement and provide status updates on outstanding issues.
Coordinate with other IT teams, suppliers, and contractors to gather IT Audit requirements.
Support the project management team during project audits.
Perform and coordinate impact analysis and produce level of effort estimates.
Create and maintain documentation for all areas of the Business Knowledge team.
Requirements
Degree in
information technology
related preferred.
3 to 5 years of gaming IT experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in Casino or Hotel operations.
Analyze and solve problems in a service driven organization.
Identify business needs to pull together requirements for gaming solutions globally.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
