Lincoln based Internet startup looking for a detail oriented, personable, and energetic person to provide excellent customer service to clients. We have a VERY fun and relaxed work environment minutes away from campus in downtown Lincoln. (1316 N St.).
Client managers are responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships. Client managers must have a strong understanding of the companys
services
and knowledge of our competition. Must be able to work one on one with clients walking them through set-up procedures, follow up with existing clients, offering strategic advice, and inform clients of new features and how to use them. They must ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and will resolve issues with clients in a timely manner. Also, assisting in new business and contract renewals.
The right person will have a good work ethic, excellent written and oral communication skills, but above all VERY GOOD attention to detail.
Previous customer service / client management experience helpful but not necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
