Information Security Director THE COMPANY The Common Securitization Platform (CSP) is being created for open use by the secondary housing finance market in the United States. It is being created by a joint venture formed between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Common Securitization Solutions, LLC, that will be independently located and operated, and managed by a dedicated board and leadership team. This position will report to CSS senior management, and employment status will remain at Fannie Mae until such time as the JV infrastructure is fully established. JOB INFORMATION The Common Securitization Platform (CSP) is being created for open use by the secondary housing finance market in the United States. It is a joint effort currently underway at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the FHFA. This is a key leadership position within the CSP program responsible to manage CSP's information security during development, transition and production operations. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Define and implement the CSP information security strategy and framework for development, transition and production operations Develop procedures intended to sustain the security of the CSP's data and access to its technology and communications systems. Ensure the distribution and communication of these procedures in appropriate systems and media. Plan the execution of tests (and simulated attacks) on the security procedures of the CSP's systems and communications technology to assess their vulnerability and ways in which existing security measures are adequate or insufficient. Track daily reporting of breaches or attempted breaches of the organization's data and systems security measures in order to plan appropriate upgrades of security or new measures or operating procedures needed to advance security interests. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 8 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Experience defining and leading an information security function. Up-to-date knowledge of information security issues, trends and leading practices Expertise in security protocol and tools CISSP, CISM and CISA certifications are preferred Experience with Application Security, Penetration Testing ,3rd Party Due Diligence and Secure Coding Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, lead team and partners through change, and deliver results Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior management Previous experiences working in an Agile environments and regulated environments preferred.
