Workforce Compliance Program Lead - onsite - work remotely a couple days a week once up and running
This role will be the single point of contact for the development and maintenance of all national and local outreach organizations. This person will also develop and maintain relationships with all the Divisions within the company that need guidance and support on how to work with outreach organizations, how to best utilize their resources and most importantly ensure we are complaint with our stated OFCCP goals and other agreements as given by our internal and external Legal partners. The focus will be on creative strategies and documentations.
Responsibilities:
Develop/execute relationships with National Diversity organizations
Support divisions with implementation of outreach efforts
Identify and coordinate regional outreach efforts
Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure outreach postings are executed and tracked
Work with Sr.
manager
and then consults on effective local outreach strategies
Develop systems for tracking and monitoring VEVRAA
Develop systems for tracking and monitoring Section 503
Monitor effectiveness of outreach efforts
Identify possible new agencies for inclusion
Draw from workforce data (internal and external) and trends to create a diagnosis of workplace strengths and opportunities
Responsible for developing tools to take Diversity and Inclusion to the next level at (sponsorship programs, affinity groups, and other initiatives)
Responsible for developing opportunities for diverse talent with in the company to use their unique background and talents to meet customer need
Education/Training:
Bachelors Degree in a business related field or Human Resources
Related
Experience:
3-5 years as a generalist in HR required
2-3 years recruiting experience within a Talent Acquisition function strongly preferred
1-2 years experience in
community
Outreach strategies required
OFCCP and/or compliance related experience preferred
Experience in executing Diversity and Inclusion programming a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office products
Excellent communication skills
Ability to delegate or lead a small project team in specific task
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and OFCCP practicesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
