JOB INFORMATION Plan and lead multiple business testing team projects and software releases while progressively strengthening the testing function. Create and drive user acceptance testing process methodology utilized by each test manager and their testing team during the implementation of new products and enhancements. Coordinate the unit's efforts with application owners, application development management and project managers. The Common Securitization Platform (CSP) is being created for open use by the secondary housing finance market in the United States. This key position within the CSP is responsible for directing a unit whose staff design and/or conduct test plans and scripts to test new, customized, or OTS software to assure optimal performance of software before being put into production or installed in network environment. Plan/direct tests of compatibility of new software with installed systems, networks, and technology platforms. Guide/direct staff efforts to track errors, bugs, and the like in test data files for follow up and/or further testing. Ensure systems meet or exceed client uses and systems specifications. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Meet with leadership of unit(s) for which application is being developed to ensure that testing program is targeted to pertinent functionalities, screens, and outputs. Plan, or direct staff who are planning technical specifications of test scripts. Play technical or project lead to specific testing/QC projects; review/critique test scripts and track testing exercise, assessing results and planning modifications as necessary. Represent the unit as an expert or resource to cross-functional project or coordinating teams. Plan, document, and manage the performance of subordinate staff. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training. Plan and manage the unit's budget. Approve expenditures or budget transfers. Responsible for supporting the end to end test program: Develop integrated testing approach Develop strategy for end to end and parallel testing Responsible for developing test metrics Partner with the Testing Shared

organization to support integration testing EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 6 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Advanced Systems Analysis experience on large, extremely complex systems Requires advanced level Software Development Lifecycle knowledge. Experience in preparing necessary documentation to support the SDLC process . Experience in building and executing automated/manual test cases for Systems (Regression) and Unit Testing.
