Description
Participate in planning and design strategy discussion with Enterprise architects to implement a replacement solution for Marimba Supports overall strategy for Global systems management solutions. Provide 3rd level Engineering support for Marimba infrastructure on a rotational basis. Partners with cross-functional business and technology teams to prioritize requirements, and issues, possessing depth and breadth of knowledge in Wintel technology in order to execute and support project deliverables. Work with BMC Support (as needed) to troubleshoot/ resolve technical issues across the Marimba environment.
Required
6-8 years of experience with Systems Management tools (i.e. BMC Marimba, SCCM) Application coding experience desired 4-5 years of Experience in Windows 7, Windows 2008 Knowledge of IT Infrastructure concepts including the OSI model, Operating system configuration, and an understanding of network topologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
