The Opportunity:

provider has an immediate need for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join them as a Business Development Associate. This is a key role within the organization and the ideal candidate will be instrumental in the ongoing and future growth of our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a passion for business development, benefits/human resources, and sales.
Our Business Development Associate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls on a daily basis to build new client relationships, conducting face to face presentations to decision-makers of small to medium size organizations in our regional area. This is a fast-paced position that requires a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, commitment and a desire to succeed. We are looking for a dynamic, career-focused individual with a healthy competitive attitude that is excited by closing new business and continued development of these clients.

Requirements:
o 4 year undergraduate Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
o 2
years of Business-to-Business direct sales experience, preferably in the same or a related industry
o Established track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenues
o Life, Health & Accident License (
massachusetts
), preferable
o Ability to build strong client relationships and satisfaction
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation &
Benefits:
Salary plus commissions with bonus opportunities, commensurate with experience. Health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, etc
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
