Description:
The Salesforce.com Developer will work with internal stakeholders and team members to design and deliver innovative, high quality solutions on Salesforce.com to ensure that business needs are met to increase business profitability and performance.
Interact with business leaders and in-house Salesforce.com team to gather and document business requirements.
Design, build and implement enhancements to Salesforce.com leveraging standard Salesforce.com functionality and use custom programming as needed.

Specific Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall configuration, design and layout of the Salesforce.com system architecture.
Participate as one of several Salesforce.com administrators to support production environment. Understand and support security role maintenance, including role hierarchy, security profiles and access rights. Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers.
Apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce.com applications. Utilize full systems development life cycle methodologies and best practices during design, development, testing and deployment phases.
Be able to independently design and build custom Salesforce.com applications from requirements.
Write business and technical specifications and documentation as needed.
Assist in the evaluation of AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business.
Work independently on multiple projects against deadlines in a dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines is expected.
Support unit testing, integration testing and review of business training materials.
Data Management - Cleansing data, handling exceptions, and proactively identifying data gaps and issues.
User Support - Case management, and application maintenance (data loads, etc.)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce.com training (201, 401), Certification a plus
Four plus years of experience administering and customizing Salesforce.com
Proficiency in customizing Salesforce.com including modifying of standard and creation of custom objects and fields.
Experience in loading and migrating data between sandbox and production Salesforce environments.
Training in object oriented design and programming.
Solid experience in Apex and Visual Force programming including triggers, controllers, test
classes
, and batch Apex.
Experience with Salesforce toolsets (Force IDE, Data Loader, Workbench, Ant)
Able to design complex SOQL and SOSL queries.
Experience with ETL Tools like Informatica or Cast Iron a plus
Proven ability to independently perform full life cycle applications development including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience with Business Intelligence software including MicroStrategy, Oracle Apex, and Interfaces a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
