bank that is seeking a Chief Lending Officer for their site just outside of the Wichita,
kansas
market. This individual will take over the supervision of 10 lenders in multiple markets. They will carry a portfolio of their own of around $15 million that is purely commercial loans. This bank is mainly involved in various types of commercial loans and residential
real estate
. Loan sizes can range on average from $500,000 to $6 million. This individual will help to develop strategy to drive the sales and to form credit policy for the lending staff. They will need to understand community banking but need to have an understanding of metro lending as well. Our client requires someone that can represent the bank to the community and get involved to build further business. They will have lending authority above the loan officers and will be involved in forming credit decisions and sitting on the credit committee. The bank has added one location in the past couple of years and is seeking to open a Loan Production Office in
oklahoma
. The ideal candidate will have Kansas or Oklahoma ties but our client will relocate from the midwest. Excellent
executive
