Responsibilities:
Immediately respond to inquiries associated with orders; shipment date, type of freight or material and other information in question
Expedite shipping of materials to warehouse or to jobsite by calling vendors to advise how to ship the material and what date the material is expected for the job or for stock
Ensure correct materials were received by checking acknowledgments for description and pricing and by checking for the correct discounts on the materials
Communicate daily with management team, and perform administrative support as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred and or 2-5 years related experience
Must be high energy
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with software
