written in C# (80%) - Responsible for software design, coding, testing, debugging, and modifying documentation. - This is a hands-on development job in a medium sized development team. - Assist with support of problems (10%) - Data migration from other systems/platforms into our billing platform - Diagnose problems and issues with the production environment hosted in our data center. - Participate in Business Analysis/Project Communication (10%) - Input into schedules for technical tasks to execute - Understand and analyze business rules and processes to automate into the core logic of the software to be constructed. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in
computer
Science, Engineering, or a similarly-related technical discipline. and a minimum of 5 years of development experience. - C# (Must have at least 5 years of experience) - ASP.NET - Object Oriented Design Concepts (any methodology) - Microsoft SQL Server experience - including writing TSQL, third normal database schema construction, writing triggers and stored procedures. - Enterprise Application Development Experience - Able to work in a team environment (not a solo developer situation) - Interactively work with other developers on design decisions - Take architecture and business decisions into consideration for design - Good communication skills - Abstract thinking and methodical problem solving skills - Firm Understanding of Design Patterns - Preferred: - Masters Degree in a related field desired - Microsoft Certification preferred - Additional years of experience is preferred for the Senior level
