Growing specialty retailer is looking for a Director of CRM to add to their marketing team. This Director will be responsible for multi-channel campaign strategy to optimize customer acquisition and retention. The key skill set for this position would be strong comfort level utilizing relational data to come up with strategic insights for customer segmentation and response analysis.
Qualifications:
7-10 years experience in database marketing, direct marketing or CRM in the retail industry.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and CRM Applications
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Staff Management experience
Salary up to 125K strong bonus.Relocation assistance also provided.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
