Need a very strong Exchange person, almost at an architect level with Active Directory. Will also take heavy active directory with some exchange.

Primary
Responsibilities:
?Experience with designing and managing complex environments built on Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory (its dependence on DNS, FSMO Roles, Global Catalogs, Kerberos authentication, and group policies).
?Knowledge of Exchange should include the following: mail routing, delivery troubleshooting, full text indexing, virus scanning, email journaling, archiving solutions, backup restore, disaster recovery options, public folder architectures, replication, and performance tuning.
?Strong understanding of the windows platform and internals is also required, including knowledge of the registry, security policies, software installation and distribution, CIFS/DFS/FRS, File and share permission. Windows Scripting and programming experience is highly desired.
?Experience with deployment and management of complex Active Directory environments, DNS, IIS, AD Sites and Service management.
?Recommend, develop, and improve policies, procedures and standards relevant to the technology infrastructure.
?Monitor infrastructure performance, anticipating and proactively responding to capacity, recovery, and business continuance issues.
?Work to constantly improve service offerings, service availability/performance, and overall customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
?Bachelor?s degree in a
computer
science, engineering or information systems field OR four or more years of technical experience
?Six or more years of Active Directory experience
?Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
?Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and PowerShell technologies
?Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows server Operating Systems (2003 and above)
At least 5 years of experience.
Bi-ligual is helpful but not required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
