Our client, a $2 billion dollar, hundred year old company in the consumer product and manufacturing industry is looking for a Business Performance Analyst for their corporate headquarters. About the position. The primary responsibility of the Business Alignment Analyst is to ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. This will be done by building strong relationships with business partners, gaining in-depth knowledge of the business processes, and partnering with the various shared
services
to ensure delivery of the right solutions. Initial focus will be in the Human Resources group and will expand from there.
What you need. To be a hero in this role, candidates must have 3
years of prior experience with information systems analysis (IT), demonstrated ability in Project Management (MS project experience preferred), have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of management, as well as advanced problem resolution abilities. Bachelors in Information Systems or related degree preferred. Experience with Kronos and UltiPro is a plus!
