Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Duration : 1 Year
Location : 11311 Chinden Blvd Boise 83714
Shift Hours - Saturday-Sunday 8:00AM to 10:30PM
Shift Flexibility is a pre-requisite for this position. Attendance is a requirement throughout training.

services
to customers ordering Skin Care and Beauty Products.
This exciting position entails customer retention, order taking, billing resolution, account maintenance, and educating customers about product usage. Although this is not a sales position, there is a very strong emphasis on using product knowledge as well as telephone listening and probing skills to retain customers and cross sell or upsell products.
Prerequisites:
o Minimum education of high-school graduate or GED.
o Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in call center.
o Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
o Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Must be available to work assigned shift. Hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. including weekends and holidays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
