3 to 5 years experience in progressive Tax environment. Experience working in either a corporate tax department or professional
services
environment. Highly organized and ability to coordinate external tax/accounting advisors. Familiarity with various Transfer Pricing methodologies and how to apply them. Understand the various types of intercompany transactions within multiple group entities, both for cost recharge and for transfer pricing purposes. Understand the process for reconciling US GAAP, US Tax, Local GAAP, Local Tax financial statements. Ability to research and understand tax return filing requirements for foreign operations. Ability to understand book to tax differences. Understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare income tax accrual calculations. Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. MST or Advanced Degree a plus. CPA or working towards licensure a plus.
Job Description: Setup and manage accruals for cost recharges within multiple entities. Calculate actual profitability (i.e. conform the tax ruling) and necessary true-ups to the cost recharge accruals or transfer pricing adjustments on a regular basis. Provide information to the external tax advisors responsible for preparing the Corporate Income Tax returns, which includes preparing tax financial statements of entities within the fiscal consolidated group. Conduct federal and state tax research and draft/review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects as required, with the goal of minimizing tax expense. Support assigned cross-functional (special) projects and new business ventures. Support assigned M&A deals. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
