Part-time Blood Donor Recruiter - Great Earnings Potential! Are you are looking for work that you can really feel good about? We are the AMERICAN RED CROSS and we are looking for motivated, goal driven people to join our life saving team as part time telerecruiters at our new Omaha Contact Center location. We are located at 13831 Chalco Valley Parkway. (138th & Chandler - southwest part of Omaha)
Work hours can vary, including day & evening hours. All shifts include a 4 or 6 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday.
The work we do at the contact center is a critical step in our life saving mission. As a telerecruiter you will be the voice of the American Red Cross to blood donors throughout the Midwest and Ohio-Michigan regions. In your first two weeks on the
job
, we will provide you with paid training on all aspects of scheduling blood donation appointments with current donors and educating individuals on the eligibility requirements. Here's what we need from you: Contact by telephone current apheresis and/or whole blood donors to recruit for donation. May develop new leads and implement new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor base and an adequate blood supply. Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled each day. Develop a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates. May coordinate support of
community
and business donor groups to assure a positive image of the ARCBS. Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals.
Once you establish yourself as a top performer, you will be able to: Demonstrate your leadership potential by becoming a go-to person for team supervisors & new employees Use your Red Cross knowledge and sales skills to advance into leadership and professional support roles
What do you need to qualify for these opportunities? If selected your first two weeks will be an orientation and training period where attendance is mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent & stable evening/weekend scheduling availability required along with a minimum 1 year of previous telemarketing, customer service or call center experience we will train the best on the rest!
