Right now, we're looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst to join our team at our corporate offices in Columbus,
ohio
. The Senior Operations Analyst supports Operational Excellence and Total Net Conversion through the development, preparation and distribution of performance management tools throughout the organization. This individual will use financial modeling and analysis techniques to identify areas of improvement and to forecast financial impacts of business decisions. The role will also use exisiting customer data from web analytics platforms and other insights to analyze and forecast trends, impacts of changes on the processes and ways to enhance the customer experience. It will use analytics data to assess impact of digital advertising programs and recommend changes to maximize investments.
Responsibilities:
Performs data analyses, identifies and interprets meaningful data trends, assesses impact/opportunity and makes related recommendations to management.
Promotes cross-functional collaboration and communication by establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with functional leaders and subject matter experts across the business.
Communicates key operational metrics to management in a timely and accurate fashion.
Builds models to predict optimal levels of technician staffing to maximize sales and profit.
Develops business cases and performs financial modeling techniques.
Performs audits to validate data and process integrity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conducts process reviews of both field and contact center operations, identifies opportunities for improvement and the establishment of supporting best practices. Provides related recommendations to management that will drive improved performance.

Develops a comprehensive understanding of Field and Contact Center Operations.
Uses web analysis techniques to maximize customer conversion through the web channel.
Develops model to measure utilization for all customer channels and makes recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Provides weekly, monthly, ad hoc and campaign-specific reporting in order to understand digital advertising performance & ROI, traffic patterns, site metrics, and optimization opportunities.
Analyzes the performance of multivariate testing campaigns to ensure that the right mix of information is present on our websites.
Handle incoming calls to discuss multi-segmented pricing issues with various areas of the organization.
Ad Hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements:
5 - 7 years of Finance, Operational Analysis, or related experience
Bachelor's degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Possesses strong financial acumen and statistical methods, web analytics, online advertising practices and trends.
Ability to interact and effectively communicate with senior executives and front line leadership
Expert skill level with Microsoft Excel and proficient with Microsoft Access
Basic HTML and Google Analytics
Experience with Cognos warehouse is a plus
Ability to travel up to 20%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
