JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic full time Customer Relations Associate who is comfortable multi-tasking a variety of responsibilities effectively.
Assist with scheduling repairs
Knowledge of and experience in customer service or client relations
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
Excellent communication and sales skills
Ability to learn a technical product line
Strong attention to detail
Eagerness and desire to add value to the repair team
computer
proficiency including excel and word
Must possess the ability to work effectively with team members
Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, be prompt, and demonstrate excellent attendance record
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Associates degree and/or 2 years of relevant work experience
The ability to work well under pressure
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Ability to maintain a customer centered focus and proactively resolve issues
Team player with a positive attitude
Desire and ability to learn a technical product line
At least one to two years of work experience

Salary - based on experience
