job
:
You will perform, but not limited to the following tasks:
Analyze, document and design country specific Absence Management requirements
Provide PeopleSoft Enterprise Absence Management knowledge and expertise, in particular:
Rules based application knowledge
Configuration experience and knowledge
Testing and troubleshooting experience
Time & Labor knowledge and experience
Transfer Absence Management product configuration, operation and troubleshooting knowledge to Functional Analysts
Prepare Test Plans, Test Case scenarios and design scripts for configuration, system and/or data changes as required
Assist in the analysis, design, testing and implementation of interfaces and integration with Global Payroll through Time and Labor.
Prepare desing and configuration documentation as per project standards
Present design documentation to internal walk-throughs and project technical review committee and amending the design documentation as required
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and test processes in the test and pre-production environments, and fix defects as required.
Produce specifications and technical documentation for modified/new PeopleSoft objects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an Absence Management strategic advisory role within a COTS implementation, which include business process change.
Experience in all of the following tasks:
Conducting Fit Gap Analysis
Preparing Business Cases for recommended changes to resolve gaps
Has completed PeopleSoft Absence Management and/or Global Payroll ImplementationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
