ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain process specifications and procedures
Improve flow and efficiency of plant
Participate in new product launches
Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement appropriate countermeasures
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Industrial) or related field

years of relevant work experience
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
