The Manager of IT Infrastructure will have primary responsibility of building, securing, and scaling Red River's corporate information technology environment through infrastructure development, streamlined processes, and exceptional personnel management. Internally facing, the environment must support Red River's growth above and beyond a $500Mil company with multiple business units, increasing remote employees, strict compliance requirements, and mandatory uptime. Externally, the infrastructure must be utilized to support our growing Enterprise and Public Sector customer base through effective hosting, remote monitoring, help desk, and demonstration solutions. Manager of IT Infrastructure must be a builder and implement best practices across Red River's IT environment and personnel management.

Corporate Laptop will be provided with required software for outlined duties
Continuing education and professional certifications covered as pertaining to specific job duties.
Manage local IT staff, ensuring that routine tasks are successfully performed on schedule
Ensure help desk SLA's are established, tracked, and met
Coordinate technical projects with IT staff and consultants. Including but not limited to:
Co-location of infrastructure, disaster recovery
Collaboration infrastructure - VTC
User laptops and IT accessories
Management of service provider connectivity and contracts
Manage support contracts for all infrastructure and negotiate advantageous contracts
Plan for cloud/hosted options and assess against pros/cons of on premise solutions
Build business justifications for technical projects and measure ROI
Ensure technical projects are completed on time and on budget
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the help desk team to adhere to published SLA in support of Red River's internal networks, Datacenter and voice environments
Working with the Directors of Professional
services
and Managed Services to build and evolve Standard Operating Procedures for supporting customer's networks, Datacenter and voice environments
Maintain uptime and security of Red River's corporate technology infrastructure and any client infrastructure under Red River care
Build and maintain a demo/lab environment that is accessible remotely while providing quality in-house opportunities for Red River engineers and customers to get hands-on experience with new technologies
Take primary responsibility for Red River internal IT infrastructure including building and managing co-located architecture
Provide mentoring, training, and education to team members
Ensure team maintains and grows industry certifications as required
Travel to sites as required to support Red River business initiatives
Contribute to and lead operational projects where team comprises IT and non-IT staff.

## Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, and/or equivalent work experience
Ideal candidate has experience in business process improvement and a solid technical grasp of IT hardware and software applications
A willingness to get out of established comfort zones and grow with the company is a must

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
