Located near South Plainfield, NJ, we are an international design and development firm that prides ourselves on delivering highly complex e-commerce systems and solutions. We are experiencing rapid growth at the moment and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a leader to step into our organization and be a consultative partner to both internal and external product owners. You must be an Agile methodology enthusiast that has direct experience managing large e-commerce projects or other highly complex n-tier system development initiatives. You should be an expert in managing software projects through the full software development life cycle and comfortable conducting day-to-day client communications. We are looking for a true problem-solver that prides themselves on continually learning and having the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. A background in software development and engineering is a huge plus, along with any Hybris or CQ5 e-commerce system experience. You will be the glue that holds our development projects together and be a highly visible person with our organization!
Must-Have Skills:
- 5
years of experience working with complex e-commerce or n-tier enterprise systems
- 2
years of project management experience
- Strong background in Agile Methodologies
- Experience managing projects through the full SDLC
- Experience managing business analysts and QA resources with the ability to do their
job
if necessary
- Manage day-to-day client communications
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with the Hybris or CQ5 platforms
- Background in Software Engineering ( Java/J2EE or .NET )
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master certifications
