Summary:
Primary Job Functions may include but are not limited to meeting with clients and assuring banquets are planned, and executed in a timely manner. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all PlayLV's Company standards, policies, and procedures.

2. Strong background in selling rooms, F&B;, Catering, Meeting Rooms, and A/V
3. Thorough knowledge of sales techniques
4. Actively participate in industry related organizations
5. Enjoy asking for business and closing sales
6. Consistently make cold calls
7. Aggressively pursue new accounts on a weekly basis
8. Track record developing long-term business relationships
9. Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
10. Make Participate in local
community
to develop business onsite and field presentations to prospective clients
11. Attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes
12. Excellent telephone sales skills
13. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

#### Job-Specific Expectations
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting PlayLV's' Beyond the Best's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Championship Service Standards at all times.
Meet with clients to facilitate catering arrangements including menu selections, room requirements, audio visual needs and billing information.
Produce Banquet Event Order's in a timely manner with complete information pertinent to all other departments.
Work with Banquet Operations Manager to ensure planning, execution and conclusion of event are to client's satisfaction.
Be present at beginning of event to introduce client to Operations Manager and lead server.
Follow up all
events
with Thank You calls and letters.
Daily invoicing and monetary transfers to ensure prompt payment from client.
Promptly respond to all inquiries, create and maintain a system for follow-up calls.
Participate in the preparation of the budget for banquets and catering.
Participate in sales conference calls.
Actively sell events that are profitable to PlayLV and follow established guidelines.
Work to achieve goals of PlayLV Corporation.
Attend and participate in the weekly BEO Meetings.
Attend and participate in the weekly BEO Meetings.
Create a Sales and Marketing Plan that supports the targets and objectives of the business, and compliments the overall marketing strategy of PlayLV Gaming.
Develop comprehensive sales initiatives that support the sales plan and drives banquet/catering business.
Create an organized trace system to track repeat business for future bookings.
Researches industry organizations for partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
Assists with developing tools and processes for post-event follow-up activity.
Develop quarterly action plan to target key markets that would incorporate special events and holiday parties.
Maintain client files and history.
Physical Requirements:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
