Data Entry Operator Contributes to the delivery of requested service levels and key performance indicators in their domain area (eg payroll, learning, absence management). Assumes responsibility for his/her own processes and identifies trends that require adjustments in work approach. Responsibility Areas- Completes daily execution/processing for aligned domain working with third-party providers (both internal partners and client partners) to ensure seamless process delivery. - Support Service Level (SLAs and RSLs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence by ensuring timely quality delivery of own work. - Completes peer review audits of manual work. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/processes and maintains own SOP documentation including adherence to internal and external audit requirements for specific clients. - Identify issues and resolve business as usual issues; escalate issues when required (eg service delivery or non-compliance issues). - Properly research and document a system defect with guidance. - Run pre-written queries if required. - Support acceptance testing of ongoing processes as required (at live date and as changes are made). SKILLS: Formal Education and Certification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge and Experience- 1-2 years experience in business environment. - Basic understanding of project management desired. - Basic understanding of Six Sigma methodology desired. - Basic understanding of Workflow Management and related reports desired. - Basic understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines desired. - Ability to quality check work of others and provide coaching to more junior colleagues. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
