Program Manager, Relocation Position Summary The Manager, Destination
services
will manage international relocation programs for transferring employees. This position will support Destination Services Consultants (Independent Contractors who work one on one with the assignees) and serve as a liaison between Dwellworks and the client company. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Manager, Destination Services include: 50% Management of Program: Coordinate all aspects of International Destination Services including but not limited to orientation, home finding, settling in, education, and departure services . Serve as a subject matter expert on relocation programs and processes. Manage a caseload of relocation files, auditing consultant communication regularly to ensure exceptional
customer service
is being provided. Develop relationships with partners and vendors who provide associated relocation and support services. Establish a positive rapport with team members and work collaboratively to achieve corporate goals 25% Issue Resolution: Use effective problem solving skills to assist consultants with assignee issues 20% Data Entry: Complete detailed data entry, billing paperwork, and client-specific reporting 5% Other: Participate in special projects and assist with special client requests as required
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a business related field Required
Experience: 1 to 5 years in an office environment Preferred
Experience: International travel experience, understanding of cultural differences and experiences working with people from various cultures Other Required Skills and Abilities: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize Communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively in a constructive and professional manner Attention to detail and strong organization skills Team player, customer-driven and able to work in a dynamic work environment Ability to work independently without supervision Dwellworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
