Freudenberg-NOK is seeking a hard working, energetic, self motivated individual for the following position at our production and distribution facility located in Milan, Ohio:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR--Continuous Improvement.
Oversee all Safety, Quality, Productivity & Continuous Improvement activities for assigned group(s).
Supervise Assigned Production Groups.
Build strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas within plant, including them in the improvement activities and understanding their needs.
Back up line leads when needed.
Back up Production Manager.
Providing active design, leadership, and advocacy of a continuous improvement culture within production.
Lead Continuous Improvement for Production.
Any other duties assigned.
High School Diploma required.
College degree preferred, but equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.

yrs experience in leadership position in a Manufacturing/ Production environment with proven ability to deliver desired results.
.
Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to motivate employees.
.
Able to plan and organize daily activities, analyze data and react to changes and challenges in the business.
.
Knowledge of production operations.
.
Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication skills).
Good software skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Internet, etc.
).
Advanced software a plus (SQL, Bartender, e We provide excellent benefits, a good work environment and a competitive wage.
Full time 40 hrs; Mon-Fri with full benefits.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
