What you will be doing
We are looking for someone that thrives on providing superior support for our software programs. As an advocate for the success of our customers, you must be willing to respond and assist with the resolution of all their concerns in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. You will be responsible for answering inquires and requests through our ticketing system, online chat, email, and telephone. You will also be tasked with building and maintain a strong, healthy relationship with your assigned accounts. In other words, you need to care about them, and help them succeed.
What you will need for this job
This is a full time entry level position. However, we still would like you to have a least 2-3 years experience doing what makes customers happy campers. Providing top tier support and service
Degree preferred, but will consider candidates that have the 2-3 Years required experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
