IT Administrator/System Maintenance (Full Time)
Five Star Franchising located in Spanish Fork, UT is looking to hire a full time Administrator to maintain our online systems, internal corporate information, and perform website quality assurance tasks. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, pay attention to the smallest details, be extremely trustworthy, and have good internet and office software knowledge. Enthusiastic, self motivated, task oriented people from any background are encouraged to apply.
Some of the duties and responsibilities we need candidates to be able to perform include:
- Updating website content
- Managing user access and permissions to backend systems
- Handling calls or troubleshooting user problems
- Beta testing new features
- Re sampling images and adding them to products in our database
- Reconciling product prices and franchise zip code areas with contracts
- Mapping franchise territories
- Maintaining census information
- Maintaining database/spreadsheet of phone numbers and contact information
- Managing google apps email accounts
- Compiling reports and managing report schedules in our systems
- Performing quality assurance checks on our phone system, phone numbers and websites
Hours
-8am-5pm
-Longer hours may be required as dictated by project needs, deadlines, etc.
Compensation/Benefits
-$12-14 HR/DOE
-Eligible for basic health coverage after 90 days (includes medical, dental
and vision)
