Project Manager / Account Manager (Sales)

UIS, Inc. is now hiring Project Managers to oversee existing projects/accounts and to seek out new opportunities. UIS is a leading manufacturer of Overhead Sign Structures, Bridge Rail and Guardrail. UIS works together with General Contractors and Subcontractors on Federal Highway Construction Projects, State Projects and Private Jobs. This position is based in Lindon, UT however applicants must be willing to travel throughout the Western U.S. (including but not limited to California, Oregon, Washington, Texas) approximately 25% of the time or as needed.
Pertinent Duties Include:
Oversee and manage projects from start to finish. Responsible for order tracking and scheduling through fabrication making sure customers needs are met. Maintain current accounts and generate new leads. Responsible for seeking out upcoming projects to quote, estimating, sales, follow up, order processing, scheduling shipments and all correspondence with customer. Ability to wear many hats is a must.
Skills
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Must be able to type and have good computer skills.
Ability to read and understand blue prints.
Detailing / AutoCAD Experience preferred.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Welding Experience a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
