Sales and or Branch Manager
We are in need of a sales manager to manage our Lindon Office. You will be required to train, recruit, and maintain a performing office.
At 3rd Gear Marketing we have different clients that have a multitude of products and services.
However, out at our Lindon office you will be primarily working with our newest account which is The Apiary Fund. Check them out at Apiaryfund.com. This is what we are selling and have plenty of leads to manage a team of 8 to 10 reps. This product practically sells it self.
We are not looking for people who have experience in or about the industry that Apiary is in. We are looking for people who know how to sell, as well as can teach and cultivate sales professionals.
You will be required to hire and train new employees.
Meet and Achieve weekly metrics
Manage and maintain a separate branch from our salt lake office.
This is a commission only job based on what your team does. Average sales manager usually is between 3k to 5K a month plus quarterly bonuses.
