Review all construction plans
Strategic Planning
Develop annual and quarterly budges/P&L responsibility
Cost Reduction and Avoidance
Resource/Manpower Allocation
Client/Vendor Relations
Requirements:
Real estate/construction knowledge
Professional attitude and appearance
Team player
Must be a self-starter with strong initiative
Desire to excel in a team-oriented environment
Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
