Mech/Electro-Mech Assembler
We are a small company who builds laboratory test tests used in oil and gas research laboratories. These are generally custom-designed systems, where each system is a little different than the last. Use hand tools to assemble machined mechanical components. Bend and fit high pressure tubing. Possibly solder and assemble cable assemblies.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Understand tolerances and surface finish requirements on machined parts. Experience with high pressure (10,000 psi) tubing would be helpful. Ability to do electrical soldering and assembly would be a plus. Ability to work independently. Ability to produce professional quality parts and systems.
