Construction Laborer AND Materials Estimator
Two full-time positions are open -
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABORER:
experience preferred. Framing, concrete flatwork, finish work, roofing, job-site cleanup, and all other facets of home building.
MATERIALS ESTIMATOR:
Reading plans and estimating materials required to complete projects.
CONSTRUCTION LABORER:
Own transportation. Ability to work supervised and without supervision. Some tools required. Self-motivated and hard-working.
MATERIALS ESTIMATOR:
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and engineering details with accuracy. Data entry and computer experience including Word and Excel. Prior construction experience is required. Good math skills. Ability to communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients. Attention to detail. Quick learner.
