General Manager Responsibilities :
Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain a highly clean facility at all times Exhibit Love's pledge of doing what is right for our employees at all times Requirements 1 - 3 years retail or restaurant management or lead experience Experience supervising and training 2 - 6 employees Budget and P&L skills preferred PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
