T-Stop Marketing Manager Job Description Reports To:
General Manager Thoroughly train workforce Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain a highly clean facility at all times Exhibit Love's pledge of doing what is right for our employees at all times Requirements 1 - 3 years retail management experience Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$7 million Experience supervising and training 2 - 5 employees Proven budget and P&L skills PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
