Responsibilities Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner Plan, prepare and execute events and promotions to increase volume and profitability Assist your Department Manager in developing employees with produce knowledge skills Collaborate with the Department Manager and merchandising team to ensure that the customer received the finest in fit, quality, value and selection Assist the Department Manager to complete all inventory processes accurately and in a timely manner Assist the Department Manager in ensuring the aesthetic and functional display of merchandise to maximize sales Assist the Department Manager in ensuring all direct-to-customer processes are complete on a daily basis Qualifications Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cosmetic trends Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes Strong organizational and follow-through skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of ownership, accountability and initiative Cosmetics artistry experience a plus The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
