Greeting guests upon arriving in our retail showroom and learning and understanding the motivation for their visit Working to build and sustain long-term relationships with our customers Marketing new sales and special events Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and ensuring total satisfaction throughout their experience with Ashley Necessary Skills and Abilities:
Entrepreneurial and team oriented; coachable with a willingness and desire to learn High energy, passionate, and a fun people person with a strong work ethic professional integrity and a Can-Do Attitude Ability to work a full retail schedule including evenings and weekends Bilingual is definitely a plus Benefits Ashley offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
