Registered Nurse - Fee For Service
Girling Health Care's Community Care division is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Fee For Service to work in Austin.
Duties:
Conducts on-site client assessments and develops service plans in conjunction with the authorization from DADS/HMO.
Hires, trains and supervises attendants.
Completes visits as scheduled.
Perform CBA visits to include MN LOC forms.
Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and timely.
Work with other community agencies to coordinate services to meet client needs.
RUG certification is a plus.
Must be willing to travel.
Required SkillsRequired Experience
Qualifications:
Current RN License or LVN/LPN License Current CPR Certification (required) Adequate means of transportation to facilitate timely visits (required) Previous public health or health nursing experience (preferred) R.

Certification (a plus) Bilingual with Management Exp pref.
