QC (SUPPLIER SURVEILLANCE) - Jacobs (Long Beach, CA)
QC (SUPPLIER SURVEILLANCE) Perform inspection coordination in accordance with the Jacobs Written Practice.
Duties include developing detailed inspections budgets, inspection and test plans, coordinating inspection visits to supplier facilities, issuing inspection assignments to staff and contract inspectors, reviewing inspection reports and working with engineering and construction to resolve supplier manufacturing issues.
Bachelor''s degree or 5 to 10 years of experience as inspector or craftsman in related manufacturing or construction.
Prior Level II experience (RT, MT, VT, PT, UT) and API-510 or AWS CWI is mandatory.
Must be knowledgeable in civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, NDE and rotating equipment.
