Registered Nurse::NICU - Vista Health (laredo, TX)

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care that the Maternal Child Division on a 24 hour basis.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for the neonatal / newborn population based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Supports the organization vision and mission.
Utilizes knowledge of patients age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Other duties as assigned.
:
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current state Registered Nurse licensure required.

CPR Certification upon hire or within three months of employment required.
:
One year NICU experience preferred.
:
Current NRP certification preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
